BASIC surveillance and maintenance package

• Detailed inspection of the property inside and out 1 (once) time per month
• Ventilation of facility
• Thorough inspection of the facility for moisture detection purposes
• Checking for water leaks/burst pipes
• Release of water in all taps and cisterns to prevent tartar and unpleasant odours
• Window and door damage inspection
• Inspection for the presence of insects and creatures
• Collection of mail and invoices, and forwarding them electronically to the owner
• Submission of report to the owner with photos during or after the tour
• Keeping the property key in an anti-theft safe

We will create an offer with service prices based on the agreed upon service package, the type and location of the property, and the desired frequency of checks. We can provide other services – thus complementing the service package – depending on the needs of the owner and the type of property. We shall conclude the cooperation by signing a Surveillance and Maintenance Agreement upon inspection of the property.

PREMIUM surveillance and maintenance package

• Detailed inspection of the property inside and out 2 (twice) times per month
• Ventilation of facility
• Thorough inspection of the facility for moisture detection purposes
• Checking for water leaks/burst pipes
• Release of water in all taps and cisterns to prevent tartar and unpleasant odours
• Window and door damage inspection
• Inspection for the presence of insects and cratures
• Reading the water, electricity, and gas meters
• Collection of mail and invoices, and forwarding them electronically to the owner
• Before the arrival of the owners and by prior arrangement, testing the appliances and turning them on (gas, electricity, boiler, heating, cooling, alarm system, etc.)

• Small repairs
• Garden and yard maintenance (hedge pruning, caring for flowers and plants, collecting leaves, cleaning the driveway and terraces)
• High-pressure garden cleaning 1x per year
• General cleaning of the facility 1x per year
• Performing emergency damage checks in case of natural disaster
• Submission of report to the owner with photos during or after the tour
• Keeping the property key in an anti-theft safe
• Providing your guests, friends, or contractors with the key at your request and with your authorization
