Real estate surveillance and maintenance services are performed according to the so-called “Checklist”, a form which we deliver to our clients – along with several photographs – after the maintenance visit. The visit of the property can be done virtually with the owner by video call.
Surveillance and maintenance are performed once or twice a month, depending on the choice of the service package and individual preferences or requirements.
Our services include ventilation of facility, inspection of the facility for moisture detection purposes, checking for water leaks/burst pipes, release of water in all taps and cisterns to prevent tartar and unpleasant odours, window and door damage inspection, inspection for the presence of insects and creatures, reading the utility meters (such as water, electricity, and gas), testing the appliances and turning them on, collection of mail and invoices and forwarding them electronically to the owner, small repairs (that can be repaired on site), maintenance of lawns and gardens, periodic general cleaning of the facility, high-pressure yard cleaning, pool cleaning and maintenance, and keeping the property key in an anti-theft safe.
